SHIPPING POLICY
Made-to-Order Artwork
All Galactic Watchers artwork is produced on demand after an order is placed. Because each piece is made specifically for you, orders require processing and production time before they are shipped.
Shipping Options
Shipping options and applicable rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
For eligible U.S. orders, our current shipping options include:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $8
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $15
Shipping times begin after your order has completed production and has been shipped. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please use the tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.
Split Shipments
Because our artwork may be produced at different fulfillment locations, items from the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this occurs, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
International Orders
If international shipping is available for your location, shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by their destination country.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping costs for a replacement shipment.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at galacticwatchersglobal@gmail.com so we can investigate the shipment and work with our fulfillment provider and carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
