Made-to-Order Products
All Galactic Watchers artwork is produced on demand specifically for each order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, materially flawed, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at galacticwatchersglobal@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of a replacement.
Lost Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at galacticwatchersglobal@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and work with our fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs may apply for a replacement shipment.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
